Everyday bookkeeping
Bank and card transactions sorted into the right categories, and payments matched to the bills they paid.
If matching payments, sorting transactions, or tracking down numbers that don't add up is eating your week, some of that work can likely be automated. Every request is reviewed individually by a person. Some projects Ledger Bridge takes on directly. Others are referred to an outside company that's a better fit for the work.
Free and without obligation.
The table above is a simplified picture of how transactions from a bank account might be handled. The names and amounts are made up. A real setup depends on your software and records.
Connecting a payment in your bank account to the bill or invoice it belongs to, so you're not searching for it by hand.
Putting each transaction in the right category, such as office supplies or rent, based on how similar ones were handled before.
Anything unusual or uncertain is flagged instead of guessed. You or your bookkeeper make the call.
Some of these Ledger Bridge handles directly. Others are better suited to a specialist. The review tells you which applies to you.
Bank and card transactions sorted into the right categories, and payments matched to the bills they paid.
Reconciliations and month-end checklists that take less time, and reports that are ready when you need them.
Collecting vendor bills, preparing payments for approval, following up on unpaid invoices, and keeping an eye on daily cash.
Reviewing card charges, tracking filing and license deadlines, and keeping records organized for your accountant or an audit.
Use the short form to describe the task that's taking too much time and the software you use. Everyday language is fine.
We look at what you've described: whether automation can help, and whether it's work we take on or work another company handles better.
That might be working together, an introduction to an outside company, or a simpler change you can make on your own. You decide what happens next.
Not every project should be handled the same way. After the review, you'll know which path fits and why.
Either way, the review is the same: an honest look at what you need and who's best placed to help.
Ledger Bridge helps small businesses improve their accounting workflows through practical automation. Every review request is read by a person, not routed through a sales funnel.
We'll tell you plainly whether your project is something we take on or something another company is better equipped to handle. The goal is help that fits, even when that help comes from someone else.
It's a first look at your situation. You tell us which tasks are taking too much time and what software you use, and we work out whether automation can help and who's the right fit for the work. It isn't a full audit of your books.
No. The review is free, and requesting one doesn't commit you to anything.
It depends on the work. If we take on your project, we agree on the scope and cost before any work starts. If you're referred to an outside company, that company sets its own pricing and agrees on it with you directly.
If another company is a better fit, we'll explain why and introduce you only with your permission. You're never charged a referral fee, and you're free to decide not to hire them.
If Ledger Bridge takes on your project, Ledger Bridge does the work. If we refer you, the outside company does the work and is responsible for it. After the introduction, you work with them directly.
No. Describe the problem in your own words, such as "it takes me two days a month to match payments to bills," and we'll take it from there.
Tell us a little about your business and the task that's causing trouble. A person will read it and reply by email, or call if you prefer.
We'll read it and reply by email, or call if you asked us to.
